Payment Options and Insurance
Insurances: We are a "fee for service" type office and accept most PPO type plans and are contracted preferred providers of the following: Metlife, Delta, BlueCross/BlueShield, Guardian, Principle and United Concordia. We are more than happy to verify insurance benefits and to prepare claims and send them. For your convenience, below are some insurance links that may help you to view your benefits:

Payment plans: For our patients' convenience we have arranged two options for payment plans. This is a great way to get started on treatment immediately!! You can apply either through Capital One Healthcare Finance or Citibank Healthcard. Interest free payment plans are also available, please contact us for more information.
